1: What types of online payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
2: How do I order?
You can order two different ways online.
ONE-TIME PRICE – You purchase a product one-time and one-time only. This is the traditional way that most people prefer to order.
AUTO-SHIP PRICE – When you choose our monthly auto-ship option, we will automatically drop-ship your order once a month. The advantage of being on a monthly auto-ship is that you receive a significant discount vs. the ‘one-time price’. For example, a one-time purchase of DiaPan is $34.95 and the auto-ship price is discounted to $24.95 per month. There is no long term commitment and you can cancel at anytime – just as long as you give us 5 working days before your next auto-ship date.
3: How are your products shipped?
Orders are shipped through the USPS with Nutrition For Health as the return address. All packages are discreetly shipped with no indication of what product is inside.
4: What is your shipping & handling cost and by what method do you use?
For 3 products or less, the shipping & handling charge is $7.95. For 8 products, the charge is $10.00.
5: How safe is ordering online?
It is much safer than you may think. Every product purchase you make using your credit or debit card has SSL Encryption to prevent “hackers” from stealing your card and personal information.

7: Do you sell internationally outside the U.S.A?
No, not at this time; however, we are planning on expanding to other countries very soon.
8: How long will it take to receive my order?
Upon your purchase, your order will be shipped to your doorstep within 5 to 7 business days.
9: What should I do if my order was shipped but did not arrive?
If you have not received your order within 7 business days, email us for a status of your order and a customer service representative will promptly reply back.
10: What is your refund policy of returning items?
We at Nutrition for Health stand 100% behind every product that we proudly carry. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a complete refund (excluding shipping & handling cost).
11: How do I cancel or change my monthly auto-ship?
You will need to login to your PayPal account and click ‘History’ and then cancel your monthly subscription for Nutrition for Health.
